Continue to pray for Nancy and Harry. Harry will be traveling back to HK this Friday and Nancy will be returning the following Friday. This is a very tinder time for Nancy as she cares for all of her mother’s belongings. Saying good-bye takes many forms and none of them is easy. Pray for God’s comfort for her in all that she has to do.

Thank God for a wonderful day at KIBC Sunday. 540 in morning worship. 360 in Sunday School. Pray for us as we make decisions on space. “Thanks be to God” that we are overflowing in University, the Younger Youth, and Junior classes. Pray that we come up with solutions so that we can continue to reach new people for Jesus.

Praise God for Angie and her leadership of KIBC music ministry. We had a wonderful day of worship thanks to her guidance. She had new members in the praise band for 9:30 worship and new choir members at 11:00. The choir was full for rehearsal at 1:30 with the beginning of Christmas music. Pray for the choir as it prepares each week for worship and the Christmas program. Pray that the music will move people into relationship with God.

Thank you for praying for me last week as I prepared and preached. It was a good experience for me and I hope not too painful for those who were present. Thank you for praying for promotion Sunday. Every thing went very well with exception of just needing more physical space.

Pray for several members of KIBC who need to find employment or additional employment. Pray that for them as they search for jobs so that they can provide for themselves.

Several of our families are having difficulty in their relationships: parents with children, children with parents, wives and husbands, and sibling conflict. Pray that everone in these situations will listen to God’s leadership and act according to Jesus’ example of relating.

Pray for Maik and the University students that are coming to KIBC. Some of these students are from other nations and are experiencing a new culture and adjustment that are not easy. Many are pre-believers. Pray that they will listen to the spirit of God as he works in their lives.

Pray for all the students and teachers who are back in school adjusting to new schedules, new relationships and new environments. Pray especially for our Christian teachers all over Hong Kong and the mainland who are sharing their relationship with Jesus with those who don’t know him and those who are disciplining new believers.

Pray for the educational ministry of KIBC. Many are involved. Many more need to be involved. We need additional teachers in every area of our Sunday School. Many great things can happen in the church when people study God’s word together. Pray that these things will happen. Also, I will be working on the Small Group interest forms that have been turned in over the last month. Pray that God will give me insight on how best to get this new ministry organized.

If you have items you would like to be mentioned in the prayer letter please let us know.

God bless you and continue to serve the Lord.
