On Sunday, 31 August, after the 11am worship service, there will be a KIBC Christmas Cantata Choir Party (including a free lunch and Christmas music preview rehearsal) from 12:00noon—3:30pm. Anyone (adults 16 years or older) who is interested in joining the Christmas choir is welcome to attend. Talk to Angie for more information.
Sunday School Promotion Day for the coming Sunday School year will be on 31 August. This day would be a great day for everyone old and young who has been attending Sunday School or have been in Small Group to be present.
During the month of August each class will be checking those enrolled in their class to confirm those who will be moving up to the next class. Please confirm birthdates with your children and youth teachers.
Sunday, 7 September will be our annual Sunday School Teacher and Helper appreciation lunch in the basement following 11:00 am worship. All those who have worked in our Sunday School this year as a Teacher or Helper and their families are encouraged to attend.
The luncheon will be catered so if you are planning to attend, please inform your lead teacher how many of you expect to attend, so that we will have plenty of food available.
